□   Register for football or cheer online www.pryfc.com 

□   Pay $100 Application Fee

□   Complete 2-page scholarship application, one application per athlete between 4/28/24 - 5/31/24

□   If applying for full scholarship – provide most recent tax return

□   If receive federal or state assistance – provide documentation

□   If applying for a partial scholarship, provide a written statement of financial hardship.

□   Deadline to submit application and supporting documents is 5/31/24.

Completed scholarship application along with supporting documentation can be emailed to [email protected] or brought to an in-person event.
